Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026 • Please read these terms carefully before using the Teksolvr platform. By using our tools, you agree to these conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Teksolvr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Teksolvr provides a suite of free IT utility tools (network lookup, security auditing, developer utilities) and AI-powered specialist chatbots. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy or availability.

3. Fair Use & Quota

  • Each device receives 10 free AI-powered queries per 24-hour period.
  • Watching a rewarded video ad grants 5 additional queries, up to 2 times per day.
  • Attempting to circumvent quota limits via VPNs, proxy rotation, or automated requests is a violation of these terms.
  • Automated scraping or API abuse (exceeding rate limits) may result in temporary IP-level restrictions.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

⚠ Important: AI outputs are for informational purposes only.

  • AI analysis results are generated by large language models and may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information.
  • Do NOT rely solely on AI-generated outputs for critical infrastructure decisions, security audits, or compliance actions.
  • Always verify AI recommendations with authoritative documentation and qualified professionals.
  • Teksolvr is not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Teksolvr to:
  • Scan, probe, or attack systems or networks without explicit authorization from the owner
  • Conduct illegal activities, including unauthorized access to computer systems
  • Generate content that is abusive, defamatory, or violates any laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or clone Teksolvr's systems or AI integrations
  • Use the Service for commercial competitive intelligence scraping

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on Teksolvr is owned by Teksolvr unless otherwise stated. Tool outputs (results from your queries) belong to you. AI responses are generated content and are not proprietary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teksolvr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability is limited to USD $0 (the Service is free).

8. Service Availability

Teksolvr makes no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or continuity of service. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Third-Party APIs

Teksolvr integrates with third-party APIs (IP databases, DNS resolvers, AI providers). Results from these integrations are subject to those providers' terms and accuracy limitations.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Teksolvr operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
